• Capability assessment information (Education, Prior working experience, Training, Seminars etc.)
• Any other data, you may include in your CV

* These data of you may be collected from you or from other sources, such as our manning
agents.

The Data Controller for your data is “Samaria Blue Shipmanagement Inc.” with registered address at Ave. Vouliagmenis 84 & V.Georgiou 17, Voula, 166 73, Athens, Greece.

• We process your personal data using Microsoft services, thus Microsoft acts as Data Processor for your data.

There are also parties that process your data but operate as separate Data Controllers.

These are:

• The Manning Agents (Xfinity Maritime, Sea Gate Navigation)

• To find the best crew members for Samaria Blue Shipmanagement Inc. and ensure that our services lie in the best hands.
• The legal basis for the processing of your data is taking steps with a view to concluding a contract with you, upon your request.

In case of an unsuccessful procedure, we might retain your personal data for future openings, upon your consent.

You may ask us:

• To provide you with a copy of the personal data we have for you
• To correct some data if it is not correct
• To erase your data
• To stop processing your data or delimit its processing to certain uses
• To send your data to another company or entity through a logical means
• To withdraw your consent if you have given it to us (i.e. for future job openings)
